The Cottages

Three comfortable Cottages are located conveniently near the Clubhouse, Golf Training Center and 1st Tee areas for overnight accommodations.  These cottages provide an opportunity for our members seeking executive retreats to host and entertain their guests.  Each cottage is well appointed and furnished with the quality and comfort commensurate with the Kinloch Experience. 

Charlotte Cottage

The original Cottage – Charlotte Cottage was completed in 2005 designed to accommodate up to eight (8) guests.  The four bedrooms are spacious and feature two large queen beds along with a large bathroom area.  Located in the center of the building, the Great Room is a relaxing space with big screen television, eight seat table and comfortable lounge chairs.  The bar area adjacent to the Great Room offers our guests the selection of all your favorite beverages while seated on leather bar stools viewing the second flat screen television.  The Charlotte Cottage is a popular accommodation for one or two foursomes to enjoy all the amenities associated with Kinloch.

Royal Cottage

Our second Cottage – the Royal Cottage opened in 2009 with eight individual bedrooms, spacious Great Room including fireplace along with the comfortable, well appointed bar area.  Flanked on either side by four bedrooms designed with quality and relaxation in mind, each room offers a queen bed, high definition television along with the highest quality bathroom features.  The Royal Cottage has received impressive reviews from our members and guests enjoying the accommodations while experiencing the world class golf course and practice facilities at the club.

Beverly Cottage

The Beverly Cottage, our third Cottage on site at Kinloch opened in 2011 with similar features of the Royal Cottage.  Also, with eight individual bedrooms and comfortable Great Room and Bar areas, the Beverly Cottage will offer our members another opportunity to enjoy the quality and comfort commensurate with the Kinloch Experience.  Each Cottage provides our guests with designer furnishings, large screen high definition televisions in the Great Room, Bar area and bedrooms, wireless internet access and quality craftsmanship in construction.  Members are encouraged to contact the club to secure reservations for the cottages and enjoy the outstanding golf course conditions and quality services offered from your Kinloch staff of professionals.
